When David started MACaid as a sole proprietorship in 1992, he was focused on helping Apple Macintosh owners fix both hardware and software problems. By 1995, MACaid was a corporation with two retail stores on the Peninsula and an Apple Dealership/Repair Center. Starting in 1994, David had formed an associated side business as a Mac only Internet Service Provider (ISP) with servers providing email and websites.

In 2000, David, trimmed MACaid, Inc. business to be the ISP portion only and he spent three years working for the public sector. By 2005, he had published a work entitled a “Jefferson County Public Fiber Network” and started private business consulting through MACaid, Inc. under the dba of BraderComm Consulting. He consults on all I.T. areas making use of his broad knowledge gained over four decades in the fields.

As a natural evolution, MACaid, Inc. ISP services have become very specialized; hosting of services more sophisticated than simple websites. These capabilities combined with the years of business consulting have resulted in a new service (and a new dba for MACaid, Inc., BraderComm Networks).
